Face and Neck lift
The goal of a face and neck lift is to turn back the clock and reverse the signs of aging in the face and neck. This is performed by lifting and repositioning the skin and deeper tissues that have fallen with aging. Facial fat transfer has revolutionized facelift surgery as this is often needed to restore facial volume that is loss with aging. In addition, facial resurfacing techniques (chemical peels and lasers) is a helpful adjunct to improve wrinkles and skin discoloration.
Eyelid Surgery
An upper “eyelid lift” or blepharoplasty is often performed to reverse aging that is found around the eyes. Patients commonly complain of looking tired and fatigued. Often, removal of skin and deep inner fat removal is necessary to obtain a youthful and more natural result.
A lower “eyelid lift” or blepharoplasty is also often performed to reverse aging that is found around the eyes. Patients often complain of bags around the eye, puffy eyelids as well as drooping lower eyelids resulting in a more rounded appearance of the eyes rather than a more youthful almond shape. Excess skin and fine wrinkles are also described by patients. A comprehensive approach often involves removal of the deep fat from around the eye, tightening of the lower eyelid, and skin removal with targeted fractionated fat transfer to soften the area between the lower eyelid and the cheek (tear trough).
Facial Fat Transfer
Facial fat transfer is the process of taking your own fat (liposuction) from an area of excess (abdomen or inner thigh) and injecting it into specific areas in your face. Facial fat transfer has revolutionized modern facial rejuvenation techniques as it restores facial volume and shape that is commonly lost with aging.

The goals of an otoplasty is a natural appearing ear that is set back harmoniously while avoiding the classic stigmata associated with ear surgery.

Injectables
Injectables include neuromodulators, such as Botox or Dysport, fillers, and Kybella. Neuromodulators paralyze muscles to improve the appearance of wrinkles. Fillers can replace lost volume and assisting with contouring, particularly in the face. Kybella is an injectable approved for fat removal in the submental area (the area under the chin).

Laser Treatments
Laser treatments can be utilized for skin resurfacing. Both carbon dioxide lasers and erbium lasers can be used for this purpose. Erbium lasers provide for less downtime than the carbon dioxide laser. These procedures often need to be performed in a certified operating room with IV sedation or general anesthesia
Platelet Rich Plasma Injections
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a solution derived from a patient’s own blood. It can be injected into different areas of the body, including the face, for rejuvenation. It can be done in combination with other procedures.
Profound ® Treatment
The Profound® is a temperature-controlled radiofrequency microneedling device. It has been shown to increase elastin levels in the skin up to 5X and collagen levels up to 2X.
