I was not called ahead of time to talk about the cost of the procedure, although I did expect it to be more than the previous biopsies I had had. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, but was not called back until 10 minutes after my appointment time. When I was called back, my last name was used instead of my first name which I find not very good because I am a physician in the area, and I would rather my last name not be recognized in the waiting room. I then waited another 15 minutes before anybody came in to tell me that the appointment had been scheduled incorrectly, and that it would cost $357. In the past, I have been called ahead of time to discuss the cost and I appreciate that. I also appreciated that Amanda Lark was apologetic and kept things very professional, and did a good job with the punch biopsy.

Dr. Tan filled in for a dermatologist that was injured, and I have to say I’m disappointed he is all the way in the Richardson practice. He was very detailed with my skin check and kind with his explanations. A five star doctor for sure!
